Parenteau (1961) has combined his classical (pipe organ) and contemporary/jazz musical background to develop his life long dream: a “Virtual Symphony” which he considers to be his masterpiece. His performances have been well received by diverse audiences from Canada and the U.S. This includes performances for the Western Division of Rotary, the B.C Winter Games and Holland America cruiselines.
Parenteau has composed dozens of scores for National CBC radio and television. He has performed as a professional musician and music director for more than 2 decades. His wide range of musical skills has allowed him to perform at the Montreal and Vancouver Jazz Festival and with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.
